From the official site: The Miami Dolphins today played host to unrestricted free agent linebacker Raonall Smith from the St. Louis Rams.
Originally a second-round draft choice of the Minnesota Vikings in 2002, Smith, a six-year veteran, Smith played in four games for the Rams in 2007 before suffering a knee inury which cost him the remainder of the season. In 2006, Smith played in all 16 games for the Rams and recorded 24 tackles and 1.5 sacks on defense. In 2005, he finished second on team with 21 special teams tackles.
