01/18: Capers Hasn't Signed Deal - Yet

From MiamiHerald.com: Capers said Wednesday he has not yet agreed to a contract that would make him the NFL's highest-paid assistant. The Dolphins extended the deal to Capers last week, but he has decided to wait until the team makes its decision on the next coach.
