Harvey Fialkov has more on Jason Taylor's feature in this week's SI. According to a story in this week's Sports Illustrated, Dolphins defensive end/LB Jason Taylor almost didn't have the best year of his career in which he was named the NFL's Defensive Player of the Year. According to Jason's wife, Katina - sister of teammate Zach Thomas - Taylor was willing to give up football in order to fix their marriage. As the Sun-Sentinel reported last year, Katina filed for divorce twice last year, claiming the marriage was irretrievably broken and asking for primary custody of their three young children. Both times, she pulled the papers back.
