02/29: Dolphins Talking to Cowboys About Trade for Jason Ferguson
Posted by: Patrick
From the Dallas Morning News: The Cowboys are talking to the Miami Dolphins about trading veteran nose guard Jason Ferguson for one or two draft picks, according to multiple sources. ... Sending Ferguson to Miami would reunite him with Bill Parcells, the Dolphins' new general manager. Ferguson played for Parcells with the Jets and the Cowboys, when he was signed as a free agent in 2005. Ferguson also would be reunited with former Cowboys defensive line coach Kacy Rodgers, who holds the same position in Miami. I don't know that we need to be trading much for a 33 year old, given where our team is right now, but if it is just a seventh round pick or something of that nature (like Armando Salguero suggests), then it doesn't concern me too much.
