10/11: Player Reaction to Johnson Decision
Posted by: Patrick
A few Dolphins have reacted to the decision not to fine the Texans' Travis Johnson. Channing Crowder and Joey Porter agreed with the decision. "I think he regrets jumping up and down like he did with a guy hurt, but [Green] did blindside, cut-block a guy, which could cause injury," linebacker Channing Crowder said. "I wouldn't penalize him ... He didn't do anything like kick him, he was talking. But I'm sure [Johnson] regrets it." ... "We initially were mad. We were hot," Porter said. "But then you have to look at his situation. I can honestly say if that was me I'm going to feel pretty mad about it….You have to think: If his knee blew out and he can't play anymore, what does he do?" However, Jay Feely didn't. Feely:I was disappointed to see the league wasn't going to fine him, not necessarily for what happened on the field, but for what he said afterwards. I guess you can whatever you want. What if I would have said that about Roger Goodell?
